1991 MIJ Charvel SDK-080-SH, 24,75" Scale, Matching Headstock, Ash, Vintage Gig Bag

Fine example of Japanese market Charvel production, this SDK-080-SH "super dinky" superstrat, in gorgeous and vibrant transparent red. The striking grain of the ash comes alive depending on the angle of light, beautiful body.

24,75"/628mm "fusion" scale.

Hardware and electronics are clean. The Charvel-branded Takeuchi trem looks great. Body is clean, polished and waxed, fretboard is clean and conditioned, frets are polished.

Headstock nicely intact and pointy, neck is nice and smooth, guitar is in stunning condition, no dents or damage whatsoever. Body is clean, polished and waxed, fretboard is clean and conditioned, frets are polished and show moderate wear, with a few light grooves under the B and G strings as per last photo, reason for the "very good" grade instead of "excellent".

The guitar is strung with a fresh set of 9-42 GHS Boomers (you might have to stretch them a bit still, once you bring them back to tension). Depending on your favorite string gauge and action height, local climate, etc, you will have to fine tune the set up to your personal taste once the guitar settles down in its new home after a few days.
