This, gentlemen, is a super rare to find combo offer on one of the most iconic instruments of the entire Communist/Eastern bloc electric guitar manufacturing era.
It`s a Jolana Diamant guitar and bass!
Jolana was the label of the only Czechosslovakian electric guitar manufacturer at that time, and it existed under various names from the late 1950s until 1989. Today, Jolana is privately owned and again produces fine instruments.
The Diamant is one of the most respected Eastern bloc electric guitars, as it is of very usable, decent quality and features absolutely great pickups that rival their Western European or Japanese counterparts of the same era.
Made in 1975, these two specimen are in fine condition - the guitar is in really very good condition, the bass (as you can see on the pictures) has some issues with the binding, and the Diamant logo on the head has been rubbed off.
Both instruments are fully functional, well set up and come with polished frets, cleaned and oiled fretboards, new strings, restored electronics, and totally cleaned - ready to play.
I would like to sell them as a couple; if I do not succeed in that after some time will also consider offering them separately.
