This is a little over 5 feet, or 1.7 meters. It goes from small Tuchel to screw terminals on one end and loose wire on the other. Pin 3 is connected to the cable that terminates with screw terminals and pin 1 is the signal on the line that is just to cut conductors. The sleeve is common with pin 2 and is continuous with the sleeve both of the two cables coming out of the tuchel
