An unusual electric guitar made in Germany in c.1963 and with a very nice red vinyl covered body with a cream centre seam. It is a Klira Ohio model with three white topped pickups and a volume control, a five-way pickup selector switch and a four-way tone switch giving various combinations of treble and bass. The bridge and tremolo tailpiece are both chromed and the small metal plate behing the tailpiece had lost its fixing screws so these have been replaced as well as the five pin din socket which was damaged and now the guitar has a normal jackplug socket.
It has recently been serviced and is all working and plays well.
