2007 Gibson Les Paul Standard Ebony with Original Hardshell Case

Summary: This 2007 Gibson Les Paul is in great shape and features some high-quality modifications. Its most unique alteration is the Lindy Fralin Blues Special single coil in the middle position which can be activated via a push/pull pot for a wide range of tones. It ships in its original hard-shell case.

Body: It has a mahogany body with cream binding on carved top, high-gloss ebony finish and removed pickguard.

Neck: It has a mahogany set neck with a 60s style profile, bound rosewood fingerboard, trapezoidal inlays, 1.700” nut width and 24.75” scale length.

Pickups/Hardware: This Les Paul has been modified with a Lindy Fralin P92 in the neck position, a Lindy Fralin Blues Special single coil in the middle and a Seymour Duncan Seth Lover in the Bridge position. The top volume and tone are wired as master controls. Pulling the top tone knob engages the middle pickup in any position. The bottom volume and tone pots are not wired into the circuit currently. It has Gibson Deluxe tuners with green keystone buttons, a Nashville style Tune-o-Matic bridge and tailpiece, and a 3-way toggle.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in good used shape with just a bit of light buckle rash, some pick scratches and minor wear on the top, the jack plate has a chip in the corner, there is some light wear around the controls and a couple small dings on the top and back of the headstock. Overall, this guitar is in great shape with no cracks, breaks, or visible repairs.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has just inspected, setup and restrung this guitar with a new set of 10s. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable. The frets are in good shape with just a bit of minor wear up the board. It plays beautifully up and down the fingerboard with no dead spots or choking out.

Modifications: The wiring has been changed, the pickups are non-original, middle pickup added and the tuners were changed at one point, but the originals are on the guitar now.
