I bought this Orpheum Custom Shop 12 Fret 12 String new, on 07/26/16 and it's in the same condition as when I received it on 07/29/16.
This is an extremely limited edition model from Guild's Orpheum line. My best information is that Guild's Custom Shop made only 12 of these OM 12 Strings, 6 in Mahogany and 6 in Rosewood.
I actually have two of them, now that the one I bought earlier last month from Germany has ( finally !) arrived - also new and thankfully undamaged. So, this one is now up for sale.
Even with the smaller, Orchestra sized body, this 12 string has wonderful resonance and sustain, right out of the case. The Adirondack Spruce top combined with solid Rosewood back and sides produces great balanced tone with plenty of volume. I can only imagine how it will sound with continued playing. And being a 12 fret, it is so much more comfortable to play.
It comes with the OHSC and all the case candy.

The original MSRP (from Guild's website) for this model in Rosewood was $ 5,199.99, which would have put the street price in the $ 3,500.00 range. I can't sell it as new because I'm not an authorized Guild dealer. But don't be fooled by the lower price - you'll be getting a guitar that's every bit as good as new and one that only eleven other people in the world own.
It will be securely packed and shipped, insured, via FedEx.
