Random*Source Serge DUSG Eurorack module Dual Slope Generator MK2 DSG

This module has only been released as a DIY project and was built by me. This is an officially licensed Serge module.

The DUSG has many possible uses and functions and it would be almost impossible for me to list all of them here, especially since people are still finding new ones to this day. The most basic use would probably be as an Attack Decay envelope generator, which you get two of, and which are great for things like drums or other percussive sounds. They can be set to loop, effectively turning them into LFOs. They can be set to go at audio rate turning them into OSCs (albeit without very accurate CV tracking). This MK2 version has "been optimized for audio performance and speed/precision."

Both sides aren't 100% identical as you can see You can use them to add portamento/slew to VC inputs, with separate controls adjusting the speed limiting of the rise and fall. Can act a divider to generate sub-harmonics. Can also be used as a lo-fi low pass filter for audio.

Much has been written about the various ways this module can be used over the past few decades so do a search to find out more. The famous Maths module was based heavily on this one, but this is the real deal. Power cable and screws will be provided.
