These basses are rare in such good condition.
Black body with white binding and gold hardware.
Super lightweight, and sounds almost like an upright due to the special resonating system built into the body, which make the bass sound bigger than it actually is.
Has a nice, thin, jazz style neck, with a skinny telecaster style headstock.
Pretty sure its maple with rosewood fretboard.
Gold grover wave tuners.
Everything is original.
Theres 2 noteworthy damages as far as I know, a little chip in the finish at the bottom of the control plate, if you cant see it on the photo, thats how small it is. The second is in the last photo, next to my pinky, a scratch where the paint is a little duller. You cant even feel it, but its a small blemish, so I thought it should be mentioned. Other than that there is a tini tiny amount of buckle rash, and miniscule scratches, that should be expected on a shiny black surface thats almost 30 years old.
