Do any of these scenarios sound familiar?
You would like replace your amp's (or other device's) bulky dual channel TRS switch with something more compact and higher quality.
You don't want to pay the exorbitant cost for a name-brand switch.
If these apply to you, we've got you covered with the Saturnworks 2-channel TRS amp switch with LEDs.
The Saturnworks 2-channel latching amp switch is compatible with devices requiring two latching on/off (open/closed) switches connected with a TRS (stereo) jack. The LEDs are internally powered; so your amp/device needs to provide the power to make the LEDs light up. If the amp's factory switch has LEDs, but no external power jack for the switch, they are very likely internally powered.*
For both switches to work, this switch must be connected to your device with a TRS (stereo) patch cable (not included).
Please note: We can bundle a TRS cable with your order. We have either Hosa 1' straight TRS or Hosa 3' angled TRS cables available on our shop page. You can add either to your cart with discounted combined shipping.
This Saturnworks switch features quality features and components, including:
- A slim and rugged 3.6" x 1.5" x 1.2" (1590A size) cast-aluminum enclosure.
- A heavy duty 1/4" TRS Neutrik jack.
- High quality latching switches.
- High quality wire made in the USA.
- Handcrafted and bench-tested in California, USA.
- A one-year limited warranty against parts and manufacturing defects. See saturnworkspedals.com for warranty terms and conditions.
*Please note: the LEDs are wired parallel to the lead current. While this is a common LED configuration that works with many applications, it will not work with all applications. In our experience, a parallel wiring configuration typically works with compatible amps from brands such as (but not limited to) Marshall, Orange, and Vox. Some devices require the LED to be wired in series to the lead current. In our experience, many Mesa Boogie amps use a serial wiring configuration and therefore won’t work with this pedal. In our experience, this switch will also not work with Boss/Roland or Fender applications. Please contact the manufacturer of your amp or device to check compatibility. This listing includes the switch's schematic, in case you need to run it by a manufacturer.
If you're not sure about the configuration you need, you can generally bypass the issue by using a switch without LEDs or with LEDs powered by an external DC jack. The externally powered LED switches are more of a universal design that get their power from a DC power supply rather than from the amp itself. Please check out our listing for our selection of latching switches with externally powered LEDs for more details.
Please note: The pedal in this listing is a stock image, not the actual pedal you will receive. The pedal you receive may vary in its graphic and/or LED color.
