This is a brand new Hipshot Will Ray model B-String Bender with all the original hardware. These are the same benders that Mr. Ray uses in The Hellecasters. It reads "Will Ray Helle-Bender" stamped right onto the unit. This is a device that bends the B string a whole step to simulate steel guitar. Clarence White used B-String Benders with his legendary work with The Byrds. Who needs a steel player in the band with this baby! This B-String Bender fits like a tailpiece on the rear of the guitar and requires no routing of the guitar the way other systems do. These work on most Tele and Strat style guitars, and are the exact ones used on all Will Ray signature model Fender and G&L guitars. Contact Hipshot for details on other guitars this will work on.
