Fender USA Stevie Ray Vaughan SRV Strat PICKGUARD- PRICE REDUCED!

Genuine Fender USA Part EARLIER VINTAGE ERA GUARD: "Stevie Ray Vaughan (aka SRV) Stratocaster Pickguard" in "As New-Mint" condition, ORIGINAL OLD-STYLE VINTAGE SRV GUARD. This item is a Fender USA Replacement Part, previously bought and sold to me by a third party, but over the years, was never installed nor used. The protective plastic film is still on the guard. ORIGINAL 8 SCREW CONFIGURATION conforms to the specifications of the ORIGINAL STYLE Fender USA SRV Strat. Make no mistake. There are major differences in the attributes and font details between this genuine Fender USA Original Vintage Part and the cheaper Made-In-China metrically tooled knock-off part as well as the current modern era SRV Guard as seen on the newer, more recent era Fender USA SRV Strats. (They also changed the paint tint & contrast specifications of the Sunburst finishes on the newer SRV Strats, but that's a whole different can-of-worms!) This "Major Font Difference" in the USA SRV Guards is easily verified by simply looking at the top-right of the letter "V." As clearly seen, the vintage-original SRV Guard's "V" DOES NOT EXTEND to just below the neck pickup's height adjustment screw hole as it does on all the newer "reformulated V2.0" SRV Strats. Bottom line is, if you are restoring an older, vintage, true-to-original specs SRV Strat, this item is the style SRV Guard you need! Anything less or otherwise, who are you kidding? Certainly no one with a discerning eye for correctness in vintage details.
