A hole drilled for a previous connection of an adapter. Untouched inside, so any device must have been connected via the battery clip and no wires have been cut, for example.
The bottom plate is missing. There is the replacement plate on the pictures but it does not fit perfectly and the screws are just at tiny bit too large, so I dont recommend using it.
