Eastman AR805CE (Sunburst) Archtop Guitar Serial No: #2801 (2008). Eastman AR805CE Jazz Box is 18+ years old, looks like new and sounds magnificent! Instrument features a single cutaway and a Kent Armstrong neck-mounted pickup having controls on the Ebony pickguard so that the solid spruce top is not restricted by extra hardware. Eastman AR805CE uses a 16 inch wide, 3.25 inch deep body built with solid tone woods: Carved solid spruce for the top, carved solid maple for the back, and maple for the sides and neck. Ebony is used for the bridge, fingerboard, headplate, pickguard and tailpiece cover. Gold, Gotoh tuners with Ebony buttons are installed. Frets/fretboard are clean and show little wear (see pics). Ebony pickguard indicates no pick marks or nail scratches. Eastman AR805CE is loud acoustically and clean/pure when amplified, has low action and visible appeal, all of which makes playing this guitar a true pleasure. This Eastman AR805CE has only been played in a home studio and is otherwise kept humidified in an Eastman hardshell case. *Note: case has small bruise as indicated in the pics.
