1982 Gibson Chet Atkins CE Nylon String

1982 Gibson Chet Atkins CE nylon-string classical electric guitar, made in the USA. This innovative solidbody design combines the comfortable, feedback-resistant performance of an electric guitar with the warm response of nylon strings, making it an excellent choice for amplified classical, jazz, fingerstyle, and stage work.

This Gibson Chet Atkins CE is in very good condition, especially for a 44-year-old instrument. It shows minimal fret wear, along with some scratches and a few small dings consistent with normal use.

There is slight separation along the center seam and a finish flaw on the lower bout that becomes less noticeable depending on the viewing angle and lighting. Please also note a wear mark on the treble side of the headstock from contact with a wall-mounted guitar hanger (see photos).

Includes the original Gibson hardshell case and original paperwork.
