Boss GE-7 Equalizer | Loophole Pedals "HIFI" Mod
If you’ve ever used a Boss GE-7 then you already know why it’s considered the industry-standard EQ pedal. It’s incredibly versatile—perfect for tone shaping, solo boosts, tightening lows, taming harsh highs, and everything in between.
The problem? Most stock GE-7s come with a super annouying hiss.
Fortunately this one does not! It was sent to my friends at Loophole Pedals for their sought-after Hi-Fi Mod, which replaces the original op-amps, caps, and key components with higher-quality audio-grade parts. The result is a dramatically cleaner signal path:
✔ Reduced noise & hiss
✔ Clearer, more musical tone
✔ Better response and headroom
Same legendary GE-7 functionality—just quieter, cleaner, and better.
If you want a GE-7 without the drawbacks, this is the one to grab.
