This is a modern Charvel Pro-Mod DK-style 6-string electric guitar with a black open-pore / ash-grain finish, Dinky-style double-cut body, bolt-on maple neck, dark fretboard with dot inlays, HSS Seymour Duncan pickup configuration, hardtail string-through-body bridge, black hardware, blade pickup selector, master volume, and tone control.

The neck plate confirms Made in Mexico, with serial number MC210302. Based on Charvel’s modern serial number format, where the first two number digits indicate the production year, this is a 2021 guitar. Charvel’s support information states that modern Pro-Mod / DK24 / Artist / USA Select serial numbers from 2013 onward use an alphanumeric format where the first two number digits identify the year.

The guitar is in Very Good used condition. It is fully functional and presents well overall, but it shows normal cosmetic signs of use. There are visible surface marks, small dings, light scratches, and handling wear on the body, especially around the front lower-bout area and near the bridge/pickup area. There is also normal wear on the hardware and pickup covers. The open-pore black finish naturally shows the wood grain and also makes some marks more visible under direct light.

The guitar has been professionally set up for lower tunings and thicker strings. I used it mainly in B standard and/or C standard tuning, so it is currently better suited to heavier gauges and lower-tuned playing than a standard E-tuned setup. As with any guitar, the buyer may still want to fine-tune the setup to their own string gauge, tuning, and playing preference.

The main feature here is the combination of a fast modern Charvel platform with a versatile HSS Seymour Duncan pickup layout. The bridge humbucker gives stronger rock/metal tones, while the two single-coils provide more classic Strat-style neck and middle sounds. The fixed hardtail bridge keeps the guitar simple, stable, and direct compared with a tremolo-equipped Charvel.

Charvel’s DK24 platform is built around high-performance features such as the Dinky body shape, 24-fret layout, 12"–16" compound-radius fretboard, Seymour Duncan pickup options, blade switching, volume/tone controls, and modern hardtail / tremolo bridge variants.

I do not see any cracks, breaks, neck damage, or structural repairs.
