Santa Cruz, a prestigious high-end brand from California, USA.
This instrument is a 1995 model from the Auditorium-sized OM series.
Featuring a spruce top and Indian rosewood sides and back, it delivers a wide-range sound where deep bass and sparkling treble are heard clearly without clashing.

The tuners are Waverly gold open-gear tuners, a Santa Cruz standard, though there are signs that they were previously replaced with a different set.

There are numerous noticeable dents and scratches of varying sizes scattered across the headstock and body, and while it clearly shows signs of use, it has been professionally adjusted and cleaned, so it is in good playing condition.
