An opportunity to own one of the most sophisticated and ambitious boutique amplifiers ever built in Australia.

This is an early-production MI Audio Revelation 100 (Serial #35), hand-built in Sydney and purchased new by me around 2010. The amplifier is in excellent condition, includes the original footswitch, and has had the factory MI Audio FX loop upgrade performed by MI Audio themselves.

The Revelation was MI Audio's flagship amplifier and remains unlike almost any other multi-channel amp ever produced.

Most multi-channel amplifiers are essentially one preamp design with varying amounts of gain added or removed. The Revelation was designed from an entirely different philosophy.

It features four completely independent channels, each built around a unique circuit architecture and tonal philosophy. Each channel is effectively its own amplifier, with dedicated gain structure, voicing and response characteristics.

Channel 1 delivers huge American-inspired cleans and edge-of-breakup tones.

Channel 2 moves into classic British territory with exceptional touch sensitivity and vintage crunch.

Channel 3 is a more aggressive hot-rodded British design with increased saturation, tighter low end and outstanding articulation.

Channel 4 is a dedicated modern high-gain circuit capable of everything from aggressive rhythm tones to fluid lead sounds while retaining remarkable note separation.

Each channel also features three selectable gain structures (Low, Mid and High Gain), effectively creating a 12-channel amplifier. Any channel can be configured for pristine cleans, crunch or lead sounds, making the Revelation one of the most flexible valve amplifiers ever produced.
