This Guild B301A-F fretless bass has all original hardware and electronics. The body is a two-piece ash one with a glued-in maple neck with a skunk stripe. The fingerboard is rosewood with abalone position markers.

The bass is currently strung with Picato flatwounds and plays with a low action.

Weight: 4.39kg

There are aged related scuffs to the scratchplate, some 'buckle rash' and 'dings' to the headstock but otherwise, the bass is fully functional, playing and sounding as you would expect from an American-made Guild.

I have owned this B301A-F since 1980 and, apart from recording, the bass has been not been gigged. This is an opportunity to own a true classic instrument of a 47-year old vintage.

A hard case is included with the sale.

Should the buyer wish to arrange a courier, I would be willing to post the instrument in the included hard case boxed in cardboard.
