1964 Gibson F-25 Folksinger

This is one of the nicest and most versatile 60’s crafted models from Gibson (in our humble opinion). And this one is in absolutely primo condition! The F-25 is quickly identified by its dual pickguards and its beefy neck. The guitar can be strung with either steel or nylon strings (we chose nice light D’Addario’s). The spruce top and the mahogany back and sides are virtually blemish-free. They have been cleaned and buffed out to an amazing glow. No cracks or repairs. The neck is also mahogany with a rosewood fretboard. The frets are in excellent condition. The action has been set to spec with plenty of room on the saddle for more should you choose to adjust in the future. All parts are original as is the original Gibson case (in excellent condition). One of the things with these F-25’s that often goes unmentioned (and is really quite important) is the X bracing, that gives this mid-size, fantastic projection and plenty of bass response. An easy play, great tone and an amazing looker. What else could you ask for?
