Velocity Silicon Fuzz V2 Handmade Fuzz Face

Have you ever wanted an affordable boutique fuzz that doesn't sound the exact same as every other fuzz face on the market? Meet my solution to that problem: the Velocity Silicon Fuzz V2.

Based on the famed fuzz face circuit, this pedal already carries a vintage fuzzy vibe that nearly every electric guitarist craves, but what sets this pedal out from the rest is both an external bias knob, inspired by the famous Sunface fuzz, and an external voltage sag knob, inspired by the Fuzz Factory's stability knob circuit and designed to emulate the coveted tone of the "just right" dying battery, that allow the user adjust the characteristics of the fuzz drastically! Whether you are looking for a traditional fuzz face tone or a starved for power, gated fuzz, this pedal can do it all!

Additionally this pedal includes an internal "clean" trimmer, that can be adjusted to create a preset maximum gain by mimicking the effects of rolling back the volume knob on a guitar. Velocity is delivered with the internal trimmer set fully counter clockwise, bypassing the modification from the circuit. This addition to the circuit is especially useful to the musician that desires easy to achieve sounds for live settings without the need to adjust their guitar's volume.

Designed using some of the best sounding silicon transistors in the world- new old stock, medium-high gain BC183, BC108, and/or BC109 transistors, this pedal is a beautiful and natural sounding fuzz.
