1950's GE 12AX7 ECC83 Long Plate Tube, NOS Testing
This tube has long (17 mm) ladder plates and a D getter. It was made in the 1950's.
This was tested on my calibrated Hickok 539C. It has been tested for shorts, gas, and transconductance. The tube tests very strong with a reading of 1600/1500. Minimum is 875.
They have been sonically tested in my DIY pre-amp and are quiet with no noise or microphonics.
I will ship international.
Tubes are described, tested, and presented to the best of my ability, subject to the limitations of the equipment that I have available (Hickok 539C and several TV-7’s). Test results are likely to vary some between your equipment and mine due to the imprecise nature of 60-year-old consumer-grade test equipment.
