In vendita pedale Electro-Harmonix Sovtek Big Muff π V8, conosciuto anche come Black Russian, prodotto tra il 1999 e il 2004 circa negli storici impianti Sovtek in Russia. Si tratta dell'ultima versione Sovtek prodotta prima del ritorno alla produzione EHX USA, riconoscibile per lo chassis nero con scritte gialle e il classico suono fuzz/distortion aggressivo, saturo e ricco di sustain.

Questo pedale è diventato un vero cult tra i chitarristi e i bassisti grazie alla sua timbrica potente e cremosa, perfetta per stoner rock, alternative, shoegaze, doom e garage. Utilizzato da artisti come The Black Keys, Jack White e Dan Auerbach, il Black Russian è una pietra miliare del fuzz vintage.

Il pedale è usato ma perfettamente funzionante. Presenta normali segni del tempo sulla scocca (vedi foto), ma è tutto originale, compreso il circuito, lo switch e i potenziometri. Funziona con batteria da 9V.

Rappresenta probabilmente la scelta migliore tra i Big Muff con il migliore rapporto tra qualità e prezzo, tra suono e qualità costruttiva, ben diverso dalle moderne riedizioni.

Il pedale è venduto privo del suo imballaggio originale.

For sale Electro-Harmonix Sovtek Big Muff π V8 pedal, also known as the Black Russian, produced between approximately 1999 and 2004 in the historic Sovtek facilities in Russia. This is the last Sovtek version made before production returned to the USA under Electro-Harmonix. It’s easily recognizable by its black chassis with yellow lettering and its classic aggressive, saturated fuzz/distortion tone with endless sustain.

This pedal has become a true cult favorite among guitarists and bassists thanks to its powerful and creamy tone—perfect for stoner rock, alternative, shoegaze, doom, and garage. Used by artists such as The Black Keys, Jack White, and Dan Auerbach, the Black Russian is a landmark in vintage fuzz history.

The pedal is used but fully functional. It shows normal signs of age on the enclosure (see photos), but it's all original, including the circuit, switch, and potentiometers. Runs on a standard 9V battery.

It’s arguably the best choice among Big Muffs in terms of value for money, combining excellent sound quality and solid construction, clearly standing apart from modern reissues.
