Originally spawned into creation 2004AD, the Meathead was designed for only the heaviest of riffs and the most brutal of sound scapes. It’s primal distortion capabilities combine with precision circuit tuning to create a formidable fuzz tone like no other. Crushing low frequencies entwine with penetrating midrange projection to give your tonal palate a truly unique timbre.
ENHANCED! Built into an ultra rugged overblown format compared to the original 2004 model, the MX-13 offers improved durability, longevity and visual authority over its sibling. Approx. dimensions : 152 x 80 x 50mm
The Emanating Fist Electronics MX-13 features the exact same transistor line-up as our original 2004 Meathead. Comprising gain selected epitaxial planar silicon 2N3904 & BC107 devices and paired with high quality superior grade BC Vishay, Würth Elektronik, Iskra, Cliff Electronics, Neutrik and Alpha componentry.
