I have an extremely large collection of Soviet analog instruments (about 400 devices), which I am currently selling for personal reasons.

Many things I have restored and sold in good condition, but there is a group of items that I no longer have time to repair and restore, so I am selling them in the same condition as I bought them in Belarus, with the intention of repairing them myself. Therefore, I don't have much information about their current state.
This is truly a very rare and interesting device, though unfortunately, it is non-functional.

It powers on, the input signal passes through the output, but it does not produce any effects, and the screen indicates that it fails to load programs.

I have seen detailed instructions online on how to restore and update the EPROM, and I can share this information. It’s possible that this could be the solution to get it working with programs again.

Or perhaps even simpler – the ROM memory batteries might have drained and just need to be replaced.

I have also objectively reduced the price to encourage interest and enthusiasm for working on this yourself because when fully functional, this device sounds fantastic and is quite interesting.
