Note on the woods and the sound they offer

Concert guitar built entirely by hand in my workshop in Santiago de Compostela. In this case, it is my concert guitar model, adding to this version some woods that are being positioned as sustainable alternatives to rosewood and ebony, trying to reduce the negative impact on their survival. Thus, Ovangkol has been chosen for the back and sides, and Katalox (popularly known as Mexican ebony, without belonging to the ebanaceae family).

The guitar has a clear and powerful sound, with a resonant bass that attracts a lot of attention.

As a luthier, I build and varnish personally all my guitars at my workshop in Santiago de Compostela (Spain), following the traditional methods of the great guitar makers from the 19th. and 20th. Century, such as Antonio de Torres, Enrique García or Robert Bouchet. I've been finalist for two times at the Antonio Marín Montero Guitar Making Competition in Granada, and my guitars travel all over the world to meet the needs of the most demanding players.

My goal is making my best with every new guitar I build with the goal of a lightweight, resonant instrument with plenty of nuances.
