There are 3 old repaired cracks, 1 on the back near the center seam, 1 on the top in the center of the bass bridge wing - this goes from the bridge to the edge of the body, and the other is right on the edge of the treble bridge wing and goes halfway from the edge toward the bridge itself, therefore the condition described as "Fair", but a great sounding instrument, listen to the video.
