Vintage RARE 1960's Vox Tornado Typhoon Country Western Folk 12 Hard Shell Guitar Case

We have had quite the Treasure Hunt going thru dozens of vintage Guitar Cases. They came from a since long ago closed Music Store here in Des Moines. I was quite suprised to open this case up, assuming it was a standard chipboard case, and to find this....

A very cool Vox Hard Shell Case. Its still stable with all the latches, hinges and original handle still intact. Even the Accessory box is still with it. It has some extra wear on the bottom with some tolex missing. It has some of the white piping missing but all in all, a great vintage case for your cool case-less Vox Guitar.

This should fit all of the larger sized Vox Guitars such as the TTyphoon, Tornado, Acoustic Country Western and the Folk 12. It measures 17 inches at the very bottom but the lower bout of your guitar should be in the 16 to maybe 16 1/2 inch area. It measures 40 1/2 inches long...it is also 5 inches deep counting the lid depth. Check your measurements. Its sold only once. No returns. Thanks for respecting that.

It has been tossed around a couple of shop basements for years so it has few little outside scrapes but the interior is still in awesome condition. The latches have some rust and tarnish that we did not attempt to clean. We did clean it nicely and are proud to offer this incredible find!

We got this and a pile of other guitar cases and amp covers from since closed Guitar Shop. . Many of you will remember the original Professional Music Shop. This came from their long ago closed basement. It finally surfaced and will make some Guitar player very happy. Some Bangs and scrapes from being banged around the basement for so many years. The interior still looks great for its age! Check those pics!
