The guitarists at Sweetwater will testify: this set of Seymour Duncan Antiquity Texas Hot pickups is tailor-made for injecting your axe with the time-honored tone of a classic Stratocaster. Duncan hand-built these pickups to their original specs, paying close attention to details like scatter-winding, to ensure that you're getting the closest re-creation possible. Also, the magnets in these pickups have been carefully calibrated, the coils are wound with North polarity like real-deal vintage pups, and the middle pickup is reverse-wound to mimic humbuckers when your Strat's 5-way switch is in the 2nd and 4th positions. Aged to perfection (not simply injection-molded with custom colors to look old), this Seymour Duncan Antiquity Texas Hot pickup set delivers vintage Strat goodness!
- Hand-built set of bridge/middle/neck Strat pickups
- Coils are wound with North polarity like authentic vintage pickups
- Components have been aged for authentic vintage sound and appearance
- Middle pickup is reverse-wound/reverse-polarity (RW/RP) to mimic a humbucker
