Here we have a rare and artful piece from our archives, made by Kasuga Gakki Japan.
Kasuga were making this style of guitar with the tasteful inlayed M.O.P pickguard for only a couple of years, from around 1969 to early 70’s.
Making this a rare and iconic piece seldom seen for sale - especially this 12 stringer which is the rarest of the three models made in this style.
She is a fine example and one of the best around, with nothing to report, no appreciable dings or cracks anywhere, we are talking about a 50+ year old guitar here, top board has expected signs of honest use only, and in top condition throughout.
Neck angle is good for the year with no playability issues and a low setup should be possilble.
