Guitar design/construction by Caparison with quality hardware, especially Grover tuners and Gotoh Tremolo. Produced in Korea under the brand name Chatting Bird. It has a beautiful maple neck and fretboard. It has the same neck profile as the original Caparison guitars.
I rarely played it as I prefer thinner neck profiles.
Currently it is optimally set up to Drop B with 11-59 strings. There should be not much of a change required to tune it to E-Standard with 9-46 strings. If you prefer it that way, I will do this adjustment for you.
The Gotoh tremolo in my opinion is at least as good as the original Floyd Rose. It has a clever tiny screw to adjust the restance/flexibility of the trem bar to your own needs which is much clumsier or hardly possible at all at other comparable systems.
The stock pickups are quite good in my opinion. If I would keep the guitar, I would feel no need to switch them.
There are some minor flaws in the finish.
The guitar comes in it's quality original gigbag.
