We are offering this superb 1974 Fender Telecaster Custom for sale—an icon of the CBS era with a look and sound that are unmistakably rock ‘n’ roll (the famous Keith Richards combo!).

The instrument is entirely original, with the notable exception of the bridge pickup, which has been replaced to deliver significantly better performance. It’s a sound guitar, full of history, particularly resonant, and a joy to play.

Fully serviced and set up by our luthier, with a new set of strings.

- Neck Pickup: The legendary original Fender Wide Range Humbucker (designed by Seth Lover), with its adjustable pole pieces and Fender-engraved cover.

- Bridge Pickup: Replaced with a Hepcat pickup hand-wound in France. This change is a real improvement over the original ’70s pickup: it delivers the Telecaster’s legendary twang—aggressive and cutting—but without any harshness.

- Electronics & Construction: The rest is 100% original (body, neck, finish, F-style tuners, pickup selector switch, and potentiometers).

- Condition: In very good condition for a guitar over 50 years old. It shows natural signs of age (a few minor dents and vintage patina), which give it incredible charm. The electronics work perfectly, the C-shaped neck is a joy to play, and the action is low.

- Accessories: Original case, including its ashtray, cable, paperwork, and the original set of strings inside the case.
