Digitech Vocalist Workstation EX (Needs new internal battery)(Read Full Description)

Classic vocal effects processor/MIDI harmony device from the 90’s. NOTE: It does have a low internal battery which means you cannot permanently save user patterns until the internal coin-shaped battery is switched. Also, the “factory“ button usually does not work unless you press it repeatedly on the right side of the button. But the machine defaults to the factory sounds when it turns on anyway, so that is not anything that keeps you from using the device. It is a problem worth mentioning though. The device functions well besides that. The classic sounds this is known for are still on there and ready. I did not want to try and change the battery because they are soldered/or spot-welded inside. You do not need to change the battery to use this device. I am selling this device as-described and marking the price down because of these two issues. Do not try to change the battery if you do not know what you are doing. Most people stick to the factory sounds on this anyway. You can edit the factory sounds, you just cannot save them until the internal battery is changed.

To get past the “user memory errors” screen, there are just two button presses. It is quick. Also, if you would like an further video or photos of the device, let know.

This is sold as-described. If you open this unit to change the battery, you are doing so at your own risk. I purposely did not try to change it because I already really enjoyed the factory sounds on it and did not want to damage anything internally. This is a good opportunity to get this device at a reduced rate.
