1996 Gibson BB King Lucile es355. The pictures speak for themselves. Minimal normal wear on this guitar. This is a 30 year old guitar. Just put a fresh set of Ernie Ball 10s a this and set it up to my liking. it plays and sounds beautiful. In my opinion this belongs in the Gibson museum. The 1996 Gibson B.B. King Lucille is a semi-hollow electric guitar based on the ES-355, featuring a laminated maple body with no F-holes, a mahogany neck, and an ebony fretboard. 

Body and Design

• No F-Holes: The laminated maple top, back, and sides are completely solid without traditional soundholes to help minimize unwanted live feedback.
• Finish: Typically finished in high-gloss Ebony (black) with multi-ply binding.
• Scale Length: Standard 24.75-inch scale. 

Neck and Fingerboard

• Neck Material: Mahogany with a comfortable, rounded profile.
• Fingerboard: Bound ebony equipped with 22 frets and mother-of-pearl split-block inlays.
• Headstock: Features a bound headstock with a distinctive mother-of-pearl "Lucille" inlay. 

Electronics and Hardware

• Pickups: Dual Gibson 490R (neck) and 490T (bridge) Alnico humbucking pickups.
• Controls: Two volume knobs, two tone knobs, a 3-way pickup selector switch, and a 6-position rotary Vari-tone filter switch for diverse frequency filtering.
• Outputs: Equipped with both mono and stereo output jacks.
• Tailpiece: Gold-plated hardware including a Tune-o-matic bridge and a TP-6 fine-tuning tailpiece.
