Overview
Like all guitars in Taylor's 600 series, the Taylor 655ce 12-string jumbo acoustic-electric guitar sports curly maple for its back and sides with the balanced sitka spruce on top to comprise its fully bound body. Initially, the 655ce contained Fishman Onboard Blender electronics for its amplifying pickup, while models manufactured in 2004 and beyond had Taylor's own Expression System.
