I have decided to sell this lovely AT deck due to lack of use. This has been my studio turntable since I bought it new - it hasn't had heavy use as I do most of my vinyl listening elsewhere.

These are superb decks - they were unfortunately discontinued a few years ago and are much better than anything in AT's current range - I would say the closest thing out there is probably the Pioneer PLX-1000 which is made to similar specs in the same factory.

It's a superb sounding deck with a built in preamp and USB output. Very powerful direct drive motor (near instant start/stop) and a superb arm with adjustable height. Has 3 speeds including 78, reverse play, massive variable pitch range and loads of other useful and fun features.

This has been well looked after and comes with all its original packaging, manual, audio cables and accessories. I never used the original slipmat - it's still sealed in the packet.

I've never had an issue with this, it's been super reliable. I put a drop of oil on the motor spindle recently so that's the maintenance taken care of for another 10 years.

Cosmetically it's generally excellent. The only real exception is some light marks to the dust cover, which has protected the deck itself but could do with a good polish. Unfortunately as is common to these decks the rubbery soft touch finish on the base has started to degrade and is slightly "sticky" to the touch - not an issue in normal use. I note that some of the rubber push buttons also seem to be going the same way.

No cartridge is included (as per new spec) but the headshell is with the deck.

I am in two minds about selling this but am downsizing my studio and have packed it away in the box so it might as well go to someone who will use it.
