rare analog tape delay, the very last full analog tape delay designed by Dynacord (its exactly the same as the EC-504).
It features - as often on Dynacord devices - a very characterful preamp / EQ and 4 heads with 2 modes: echo and reverb.
Basically in echo mode you chose 1 or more play heads and 1 or more feedback heads. This allows for many different multitap delays.
In reverb mode the sound is played once by the 4 heads in a row and you chose 1 or more feedback heads that would mimic the reverb size. Not realistic reverbs but definitely deep dense ambiance.
Check the demo and you'll notice how great the preamp sound on the guitar and how it could easily be used as a guitar preamp thanx to its eq with presence.
The input is actually a microphone input and its has a lot of gain. When using guitar or line level instrument you need to be very carefull with gain in order to not overdrive it (except if that's what you're looking for). Unit feature a line level input on the back to be used in the studio and in this case no dry sound will pass through the unit.

Unit was serviced:
- every electrolityc and tantalum capacitors were replaced
- all the VU meter leds are new
- new power and standby bulb (rare 60v)
- heads were cleaned and demagnetized
- new tape

The unit sounds awesome, just check the demo.
Cosmetic is very good with only minor wear and scuff.
