Best attenuator under $1000, only one to use with MarshallMark L.

I’ve used this attenuator for decades. I own most of the more popular attenuators but only this one doesnt kill highs. It’s the only one I will use on my Uber-expensive vintage plexi marshalls. I own 3 of these and use them with Fender, Vox and Marshall. This tool does NOT hurt your amp any more than playing it cranked without an attenuator. People who think this clearly don’t have any technical knowledge of how tube amps work. Some of the new breed of very expensive reactive load attenuators may be as transparent as this one, but this one is a quarter of the price and was in the market 20-30 years before those. If you like your non-master volume amp cranked wide open, youll like it even more with the Powerbrake to take it down to reasonable levels.
