This Friedman Vintage S doesn't play games, but wow is it fun! Stripped down specs with an your face finish, this S looks and feels like it was born for the 80's, but with the build quality today's players demand.
Addition by subtraction is the secret. One pickup, one knob, but tons of potential. The Friedman Triple D in the bridge gives you a ton of bite, but roll the volume off for something smooth and punchy. The Maple neck is worn in perfectly, with a soft C shape that melts in your hand. A heel-adjust truss rod wheel makes it easily tweakable and the Gotoh hardware gives the strings great attack and incredible stability. Oh, and did we mention the Leopard Yellow finish?!?
