Hofner neck, 22 frets, 60s

This neck could be from a 173, 158, 164 model, as well as many other models from Hofner, so kindly check the below specs before buying, or ask away anytime. Note that the string tree is not included by design (there are no holes for it in the headstock) and this makes me think the neck belongs to some early/mid 60s models.
The overall condition is quite good, some previous owner messed up the paint around the heel but the wood is absolutely fine.
Kindly see pictures for any other cosmetic flaw.
