A regular 12V DC is required from around 500mA min.12 V Power supply not calculated and not provided. *Signal Through System refers to a continuous path between input and output giving the option to link the VU in series in any position you want before the amplifier. In this way, you can pass the stereo audio signal through the VU Meters and with another pair of RCA continue the signal to the amplifier or audio system input. Basically, the input and output are connected and a part of the signal is triggering the meter. I leave you to experiment. A beautiful Vintage Warm colour can give you a mood in the room to listen to some music or in the recording studio. If you prefer an ice blue colour you have the option from the back switch.

Please remember. The signal from an amplifier will be too much we have a different model for metering an amplifier. These meters have the role to monitor up to +3 dB RMS Line Level signal. It is not intended to measure the power of an amplifier. Very accurate. It measures RMS Level. Each channel can be adjusted from the outside with a 10-turn potentiometer screw style. Music lovers or signal monitoring, professionals or radio use. This is the real thing. Get it, love it, or return it. When is gone is gone.
