Excellent condition. 1975 Dean Shultis (Bradenton, Florida) 5 string banjo.
Original natural finish, maple resonator with fancy inlaid wood marquity on back, herringbone trim and 3 ply edge binding, 12 ply maple rim, 1 piece flange, curly maple neck with ebony fingerboard with modified flying eagle inlay pattern, 20 hole tone ring
Banjo plays, sounds & looks great. Great action with superb tone.
Banjo was built in Bradenton, Florida in the mid-1970's by Banjo builder Dean Shultis. Dean was a highly regarded Banjo builder at the time. He was featured in the December, 1976 Banjo Newsletter which praise his Banjo building skills. A copy of the December 1976 banjo news letter will be included with Banjo.

Serial # 001 engraved into back side of flange.
Original hardshell case included.
