I bought this used, in 2024, in the same condition that it's in now. It's designed to be an analog preset-machine. If you're interested in programming your own presets I recommend getting the Patch Base app that lets you dig into the parameters of the Matrix 1000.

Aside from numerous scratches to the body (I tried to make these clear in the photos), the only issue that I know of with this unit is that the top segment on the middle LED occasionally flickers off. For example, in one of the photos you can see that the top segment of the "3" went out but not permanently. In my experience sometimes it flickers out and sometimes it lights when it should. This finicky LED issue was already there when I purchased the unit in 2024.

I originally listed this item for sale about 1 year ago, but once I figured out how to use the Patch Base app with it, I ended the listing so that I could have it a bit longer. I am now ready to part with it.
