📝 Description
This is an exceptional 1975 Manuel G. Contreras classical guitar, built in Madrid at Calle Mayor 80, during the most respected period of Contreras career. Instruments from this era are highly sought after by collectors and concert players alike.
This guitar features a cedar top and what is very likely Brazilian Rosewood (Jacaranda) back and sides, consistent with Contreras High-end build style in the mid-1970s. The wood grain, construction, and overall appearance strongly support this.
It has been extremely well preserved for a nearly 50-year-old instrument.
