For sale one of the rarest and most desirable drum kits in the world: Spizzichino! A Spizzichino's drum kit hasn't been see on sale from years, and this is currently the only Spizzichino's drum kit for sale in the world!
Roberto made very few drum kits in his life; this kit has aluminum shells and the characteristic handmade brass hardware. This set is not the less valuable so-called "La latteria" model, made of galvanized sheet metal, but in satin aluminum!
18"x14" bass drum, 14"x12" floor tom, 12"x8" tom, 14"x5" snare drum. The sound is very woody, warm, and dry, the feeling is incredible. The satin brushed aluminum finish is amazing, the shells feature a fascinating, light "smoky" patina.
Each drum has brass hoops with Spizzichino's stamp; inside the snare shell are Roberto's signature and the production date: June 10, 2000. All parts are original, no extra holes.
