Schecter Sixx Bass in Satin Black

The Schecter Sixx is a neck-through workhorse designed for bassists who demand both comfort and immediate tonal control. Its C-shaped neck and tapered profile deliver responsive playability across the entire fretboard, while active electronics give you sculpted tone on demand without sacrificing output or clarity.

Playability & Build

Built on a 34-inch scale with a maple/walnut multi-ply neck and 24 X-Jumbo frets on a rosewood fretboard, this bass handles both technical passages and open voicings with equal ease. The neck-through mahogany body construction provides solid sustain and midrange presence, while the Graph Tech XL Black Tusq nut and 2-way adjustable truss rod ensure reliable tuning stability and playability adjustment.

Tone & Electronics

The pairing of EMG LJX bridge and EMG PX neck pickups delivers punchy lows and articulate highs across the register. The EMG VLPF active tone control with kill switch and dual volume layout provide immediate access to tonal sculpting, making this bass equally at home in the studio or on the road.
