From Martin's web site:

The popular Martin 000-28EC signature model is a meticulously crafted tribute to the pre-war guitar played by Eric Clapton during his legendary MTV Unplugged performance. Its 000 body size delivers a well-balanced tone across all six strings, and the East Indian rosewood back and sides offer rich resonance and depth, complemented by a spruce top for clarity and brightness.

A shorter 24.9" scale length, preferred by Clapton, is ideal for both fingerstyle playing and expressive bends, while the modified V neck made from genuine mahogany provides comfort and control. The guitar's looks are enhanced with antique toner on top, herringbone inlay, and a full gloss finish. Whether you're playing Slowhand's classics or your own unplugged tunes, this special edition guitar embodies Clapton's influence on acoustic music, offering the same tonal richness and playability that marked his iconic performance and career.
