F.besson excellence flugelhorn in very good condition holds compression and plays well (apart from the known intonatin difficulties of couesnon flugelhorns). F.besson was owned by couesnon at the time and they were selling their instruments also under the F.besson brand. So this flugelhorn is the same as the famous couesnon flugelhorns. The instruments has one hit which can be viewed in the photos and the 3rd valve slide is from a different instrument although it fits well. The flugelhorn also comes with a fitting marcinkiewicz bobby shew french shank flugelhorn mouthpiece.
