Original vintage Teletronix LA-2A optical tube compressor/leveling amplifier from the mid-1960s Studio Electronics / Teletronix era.

This is an authentic silver-face LA-2A dating to approximately 1965–1967, built during the period following the Teletronix acquisition and prior to later UREI production. These units represent some of the most sought-after compressors ever made and are the foundation of countless classic recordings.

The unit retains its original vintage construction including tube circuitry, optical gain reduction design, and period-correct Teletronix/Studio Electronics hardware.
