The Empress Effects Bass Compressor Blue Sparkle is a high-end bass compressor that packs studio-quality compression into a pedal-sized unit. Its greatest appeal lies in its extremely natural response, achieved through a fully analog design, and a sound that preserves the core of the low end.

In addition to allowing for precise, independent adjustment of Ratio, Attack, and Release, it also supports parallel compression via the Mix knob. Furthermore, the built-in sidechain HPF ensures stable compression that isnft dragged down by the lows, firmly maintaining the bassfs natural presence.

The Tone+Colour function is also excellent, offering a wide range of options from transparent compression to subtle character enhancement. Combined with the LED meter that visually displays gain reduction, this unit is a truly gpractical studio toolh of the highest caliber.
